Shipping Policy

– Your orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for the products from their detail pages).

​- We deliver our parcels all over the world and try to do it as fast as it is possible. The delivery time can very based on location and special conditions. Most often the delivery takes only 5 to 10 days, but the delays are possible due to unexpected obstacles.

– The payment of customs fees that may appear on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

– All products for sale on our site are made to order and refunds are not accepted for domestic and international purchases. 

– Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, you can change the size and model once.

– You need to send an email to info@technodolli.com to create an exchange request specifying your reason for exchange. Be sure to include your first and last name and order number in the e-mail header.

– Products sent without an exchange request by e-mail WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

– Your exchange request will be processed by e-mail. Return label will be sent to you .

– The new product will be returned to you free of charge when the suitability of the incoming products is reviewed and your change request is approved.

 Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with the recipient’s payment.

Exchange Terms:

– The exchange process is a one time only process. There can be no second exchange for the same order.

– There is absolutely no replacement process for products that have been used, have lost their authenticity and do not have a label.

– Requests to exchange products that are damaged (torn, bent, broken, etc.) due to customer error will not be accepted.

– Requests for product exchange will not be accepted if visual traces or noticeable odors of perfumes, deodorants or other such products are detected.

– No exchanges will be made for free or promotional items sent as part of an order. 

– The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. Technodolli assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost packages during shipping. Please ensure that your shipment is properly packaged and shipped by a traceable and insured company.
